Menswear, olive green sweater?

I have an olive-colored jersey that is Italy. A relative got me in a few years ago on the road. When I saw him I thought was very good, but it was not my style. I wore it, but not very well. I try to understand what jeans to be okay with it. I am naturally Oliveda skin, but on the right side (I'm half-Armenian, half-British, 100% American). I do not wear cargo pants, or other materials, jeans only when I'm in a business environment. I could not find a picture of him, but is very close, less than the zipper, neck, and letters.
